Niklas Rauterberg is a project manager for the RM Framework project, which aims to professionalise training for research managers across Europe. He has been working at CHE since February 2025.
From October 2019 until early 2025, Niklas Rauterberg worked on various projects at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He initially worked in the area of digital skills. He then developed Open Educational Resources together with Frank Ziegele for higher education and research management. Afterwards, he managed the EURESTMA programme, which designed and delivered a training course for research and knowledge transfer managers from across Europe.
He completed his bachelor’s degree at Osnabrück University in Philosophy and Educational Sciences. He then earned a master’s degree in Educational Sciences with a focus on adult education at the University of Münster.
