Agnes Kaase

Agnes Kaase has headed the areas of leadership training, professional development, and events at CHE since 2026. She designs effective learning and training formats for leaders in the higher education sector and develops exchange formats that foster networking, reflection, and organizational development. Drawing on her experience in agile organizational development, coaching, and strategic communication, she supports teams and leaders confidently through change processes.

Previously, Agnes worked for many years in various roles in people and organizational development. She designed training programs, built learning cultures, facilitated transformation processes, and supported leaders in their development—with a clear focus on collaboration, role clarity, and sustainable change. In addition, she worked as a lecturer, including at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences for Social Work Berlin and Humboldt University, where she developed seminars on self-organization, innovation, and agile methods.

Agnes studied Social Work and completed a master’s degree in Adult Education at Humboldt University. She is a certified systemic coach, Scrum Master, and mediator. Her work is guided by the aim of supporting people and organizations through change with evidence, solutions, and confidence.
