Dr Marc Hüsch is a Senior Expert for Statistics and Data Visualisation at CHE. Within the CHE University Ranking, he is responsible for the student surveys (together with Dr Nina Horstmann). He also works on various projects, carrying out statistical analyses based on data from the CHE University Ranking and other sources. As a project lead, he additionally established CHE’s data portal hochschuldaten.de.
Before joining CHE in 2019, Dr Hüsch worked as a research associate at the Chair of Economic and Social Statistics at TU Dortmund University.
He studied Statistics at TU Dortmund University and completed his PhD there on “Identification and modelling of spatial dependencies with applications to deterministic and probabilistic wind forecasts.”
