Josephine Sames is a project manager at the Higher Education Forum on Digitalisation (Hochschulforum Digitalisierung) at CHE. In this role, she coordinates various offerings for strategic decision-makers at higher education institutions. She serves as editor-in-chief of the magazine strategie digital, which has been published annually since 2021, each issue focusing on a specific topic. She also organises regular networking activities for strategic decision-makers.
Josephine Sames has been working at CHE since 2020. Prior to joining CHE, she worked as an education coordinator for newly arrived migrants at the Paderborn district administration and as a research associate in the Central Student Advisory Service / Career Service at Paderborn University.
She studied Social Sciences (B.A.) at Justus Liebig University Giessen and then completed a Master’s degree in Management in Non-Profit Organisations (M.A.) at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. During this time, she completed two stays abroad in Kenya and Rwanda and gained practical experience in education and networking work within international development cooperation.
