Bettina Hölker works at CHE as Executive Assistant to the Management and as committee support, and she also supports Melanie Rischke. As a project assistant, she helps coordinate and deliver the “Higher Education Manager of the Year” project. Within the events team, she is also responsible for organising and managing participant registrations for leadership trainings (CHElead) and workshops, as well as for editing the CHEevents mailing.
Before joining CHE in 1996, Bettina Hölker worked as a department head’s secretary at the Bertelsmann Foundation and as assistant to the technical management at August Storck AG.
After completing her Abitur and attending a one-year higher commercial school programme in Hamm (for Abitur graduates with a focus on foreign languages), she completed vocational training as an industrial clerk.
