• Conceptual work related to the individual and institutional financing of studies; advisor at national (Länder) and institutional level during the implementation of sensibly and socially structured study fees; evaluation of student loan offers and study funds, steering for the development of a local scholarship programme for the support of high-performing students
• Implementation of comprehensive projects at HEIs and ministries related to organisational development (coaching projects, such as: global budgets, allocation of funds, target agreements, development of target- and effect-related reporting systems, controlling of financial services from the Länder to HEIs and student services, student service offers for students, and raising and use of tuition fees)
• Evaluation of different state laws on education
• Advising a Benchmarking-Club aimed at optimal coordination of family and studies and activities at a HEI
• Expert surveys and evaluations in several fields of activity based on guideline-supported interviews, national and international benchmarks, and analyses of documents, data and surveys.
